Healthcare serves as one of the major business channels of Family Mandalar. We are proud to be one of the pioneers in private healthcare of Myanmar. This division has started operations since 1994. We have achieved several milestones in the private healthcare sector of Myanmar along the way. Some of our most prominent milestones would be being one of the first private hospitals in entire Myanmar, the first private provider of MRI scanning services in Myanmar, the first entirely free haemodialysis charity service in Myanmar and the list goes on. We aim to deliver more advanced healthcare standard to our community through improving facility, making use of high-quality medicines and medical equipment, upgrade of modern treatment techniques, and continuous medical education. We have built and are currently operating two private hospitals in upper Myanmar region. We have also built and operated a few more hospitals in the past.

Our healthcare division is currently undergoing rigorous modernisation process. As a result, we have significantly upgraded our facilities, collaborated with reputable international hospitals and venturing into new directions within our healthcare sector. We have also ventured in pharmaceuticals by establishing a joint venture with a leading company from Sri Lanka namely Hemas. Currently, there are several projects underway, one of which is to develop an international standard hospital in the commercial capital Yangon.
